Your Clause Library allows you to insert the same Clauses across multiple templates.

If you need to revise any of your Clauses in the future, you only have to update them in one place ( your Clause Library), and this will update all your templates the next time you populate them.

There are two ways to insert Clauses:

Option 1: Clause should always be inserted in the Template

  1. Click the small, grey icon on the right side of your field.

  2. Select your Clause from the dropdown menu,

  3. Insert the field into your Template at the position you want, if not already inserted.

Option 2: Clause is conditional ( you can automatically remove/insert based on a question)

  1. Create your trigger question ( aka the IF statement in your conditional field)
This is usually a single-select field, so you (or your client) can select one option.

  2. Create your conditional field: the same way you inserted the Clause in the first example, you can select the Clause in your .THEN statement
