Compatibility mode

"[Compatibility Mode]" will show next to your document name (when you open it in Word) if your document was created with an older version of Word.

The best way to fix this so that Woodpecker can handle it, is to either "convert the document" or save the document as a ".docx". To convert the document just do one of the following:

  1. Click "File" - "Save as" - select "File format" and choose ".docx".

  2. Click "File" - "Convert document" (Mac) or click "File" - "Info" and click "Convert" next to "Compatibility Mode" (Windows).
